The company is initially offering rental and airport rides, focusing on areas from Goregaon to Bandra, including the Bandra Kurla Complex (BKC). BluSmart plans to gradually expand its services throughout Mumbai. The company aims to provide a premium, reliable, and environmentally friendly alternative to traditional ride-hailing options.

The company boasts a fleet of over 8,500 electric vehicles and a network of more than 10,000 active driver-partners. Their services have resulted in over 680 million clean kilometers driven and 22 million rides completed, contributing to a reduction of over 49,000 metric tons of CO2 emissions. BluSmart has established an extensive charging infrastructure with 5,800 stations across 50 hubs in Delhi NCR and Bengaluru, covering over 2 million square feet.
The Mumbai launch will initially feature rental and airport ride services, covering key areas from Goregaon to Bandra, including the Bandra Kurla Complex (BKC). BluSmart plans a phased expansion across the city in the future. The company emphasizes its commitment to customer satisfaction and a premium experience.
