Tata Motors introduces 2025 updates for Tiago, Tiago EV and Tigor with new features and variants; check the new prices

Tata Motors has introduced 2025 model year updates for the Tiago, Tiago EV, and Tigor, focusing on feature enhancements and pricing adjustments. The updates include technology upgrades like larger touchscreens, improved driver displays, and styling revisions, aimed at strengthening the models' competitiveness in the entry-level car market.

Bookings start at INR 4.99 lakh for the Tiago, INR 7.99 lakh for the Tiago EV, and INR 5.99 lakh for the Tigor.

Tata Tiago

The Tata Tiago receives several upgrades, including:

  • LED headlights
  • Shark fin antenna
  • 10.25-inch touchscreen with wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay
  • Updated driver’s display and steering wheel
  • Rear parking camera
  • New seat upholstery
  • Electronic Stability Control
The variant lineup and pricing have been revised. Discontinued variants include XTO, XT Rhythm, and XZO Plus. New XZ variants are introduced, with price increases of up to INR 30,000 for mid- and higher-spec variants, while base prices remain unchanged.

For the CNG variants, the XT Rhythm CNG and XT NRG CNG variants are discontinued, while a new XZ CNG variant is introduced. Price increases of up to INR 30,000 apply to certain variants. The XZ Plus CNG variant has been discontinued, but feature updates align with the petrol-powered Tiago.

Tata Tiago EV

The Tata Tiago EV updates include:

  • LED headlights
  • Redesigned grille and new alloy wheels
  • EV badging and shark fin antenna
  • 10.25-inch touchscreen with wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay
  • Updated driver’s display and new steering wheel
  • New cabin theme
  • Rear parking camera
  • New seat upholstery and Electronic Stability Control
Pricing adjustments include an INR 14,000 increase for the XT LR and XZ Plus Tech Lux LR variants, while base variant prices remain unchanged. The XZ Plus variant has been discontinued.

Tata Tigor

The Tata Tigor receives similar upgrades:

  • LED headlights
  • Shark fin antenna and 360-degree camera
  • 10.25-inch touchscreen with wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay
  • Updated driver’s display and steering wheel
  • Rear parking camera
  • New seat upholstery and Electronic Stability Control
The base XE variant is discontinued, and a new XT variant is introduced. The XM variant sees a price reduction of INR 60,000, while prices increase for the XZ and XZ Plus variants. A new top-spec XZ Plus Lux variant is introduced.

CNG variants feature the same updates. The XM CNG variant is discontinued and replaced by the XT CNG variant. Prices for other CNG variants have increased, and a new XZ Plus Lux CNG variant is introduced.

Powertrains

The Tiago and Tigor retain their 1.2-litre petrol engine and CNG options, while the Tiago EV continues with two battery pack choices.
