TSF Group unveils multiple products to demonstrate innovative solutions at Bharat Mobility Global Expo 2025

Brakes India, Wheels India, and Turbo Energy, all TSF Group companies, showcased their latest product offerings at the Bharat Mobility Global Expo 2025. These companies highlighted their commitment to innovation, global expansion, and meeting the evolving needs of the automotive industry, including the growing electric vehicle market. They discussed their new product launches, technological advancements, and strategic focus on both domestic and international growth.

Brakes India, a leading supplier of braking systems, showcased its range for passenger vehicles, commercial vehicles, tractors, and off-highway applications. The company emphasised its expertise in conventional braking systems, air actuation systems, iron castings, and its aftermarket portfolio.

What does it indicate?

Brakes India highlighted its commitment to design, development, quality, cost-competitiveness, and customer focus. The company also underscored its dedication to both expanding its global presence and supporting the "Make in India" initiative.

New innovations brought in the Indian automotive market

Brakes India also introduced its Opposed Piston Caliper, designed for high-performance vehicles. The company sees significant growth potential in both internal combustion engine (ICE) and electric vehicle (EV) markets.

Brakes India also showcased its new air actuation range for commercial vehicles, targeting a wide range of vehicle sizes. The company also highlighted its entry into the air actuation segment for trailers. Further advancements include technologies like Electronic Controlled Retarders, e-Park systems, and Hydraulic Hill Start Assist.

Wheels India

Wheels India Limited, also a TSF Group company, showcased its range of wheels for commercial vehicles and cast alloy wheels for passenger vehicles. With over 60 years of experience, Wheels India serves the commercial, off-highway, and passenger vehicle segments.

Wheels India announced the launch of new wheel rims for the bus and tipper segments. They also launched a cast alloy wheel rim designed for mid-SUV vehicles.

“We have launched two products, one for the bus segment in a tubeless wheel rim application of size 8.25”x22.5” with a max load rating of 4,500 kg and another for the tipper segment in a tube-type wheel rim application of size 8.5”x20” with a max load rating of 6,000 kg. Both have been built to ensure superior performance and reliability in the long run.

We have also launched a cast alloy wheel rim in the size 17” designed by our engineers with an aim to target ‘Mid-SUV’ range vehicle owners, offering a wide range of offset requirements. At Wheels India Limited, ‘meeting customer expectations is our priority’. Turbo Energy

Turbo Energy, another TSF Group company, exhibited its full range of turbochargers and e-compressors. The company's products are developed at its R&D center in Chennai with support from BorgWarner Turbo Systems, Germany. Turbo Energy highlighted its customer-centric approach and its strong presence in the Indian market. They showcased their turbocharger solutions for various powertrains, including CNG, LNG, flex fuel, hydrogen, gasoline, hybrid, and diesel. The company also highlighted its high-speed e-compressors for fuel cell electric vehicles.

“Our customer-centric approach helps us to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions. Currently, two-thirds of boosting solutions in the Indian market use our turbochargers. We have a strong product range of turbos for clean mobility, powertrains using CNG, LNG, flex fuel, and hydrogen, apart from other applications in gasoline, hybrid, and diesel. Furthermore, our state-of-the-art high-speed e-compressors are used in fuel cell electric vehicles.
