The Creta SUV, including the electric variant, achieved 18,522 domestic sales in January 2025, marking the model's highest-ever monthly sales figure in the Indian market.
Hyundai Motor India reported a 3% year-on-year decline in total sales for January 2025, reaching 65,603 units compared to 67,615 units in January 2024. This decline was primarily driven by lower domestic sales, offset slightly by increased exports. The launch of the Creta Electric contributed to record domestic sales figures for the Creta SUV model.

Hyundai's domestic sales in January 2025 were 54,003 units, a decrease from the 57,115 units sold in the same month of the previous year. Exports, however, rose to 11,600 units in January 2025 from 10,500 units in January 2024.
