Panigale V2
Ducati has launched the new Panigale V2 and Streetfighter V2 motorcycles, marking a new chapter for the company's twin-cylinder bikes. These lightweight bikes are designed to deliver high performance both on the road and the track. The design of both motorcycles centers around the new Ducati V2 engine, recognised for its compact size and light weight.

Streetfighter V2

The Streetfighter V2 is based on the Panigale V2, embracing Ducati's "Fight Formula." This combination results in a naked bike with an 890 cc engine, the Panigale V2 chassis, and a weight of 175 kg. Ducati highlights the lack of fairings, intending to provide a more direct connection between the rider and the experience.

“The formula is simple: 890 cc engine, Panigale V2 chassis, 175 kg of weight, wide and high handlebars, and no fairing to act as a filter between the rider and riding emotions.”

Panigale V2

The Panigale V2 represents a significant departure from previous twin-cylinder sportbikes. Designed from the ground up, it carries forward the legacy of models like the 748, 848, and 959, aiming to combine a sporty feel with comfortable road-riding capabilities.

“It is a bike that picks up the tradition of iconic models such as the 748, the 848 and the 959, of which it maintains the sporty feeling, but adds an easy-to-ride character and enjoyment on the road.”

The new Ducati V2 engine is a key element in both the Panigale V2 and Streetfighter V2, setting a new standard for compactness and lightness in Borgo Panigale twin-cylinder engines.
