Total sales rose by 3.7%, from 8,026 units to 8,324 units. This growth was driven by both Eicher and Volvo brands, with Eicher contributing 8,035 units and Volvo contributing 289 units.
Eicher branded trucks and buses saw a 3.2% sales increase, selling 8,035 units in December 2024 compared to 7,789 units in December 2023. Volvo trucks and buses experienced a more substantial increase of 21.9%, with 289 units sold in December 2024 compared to 237 units in the same month of the previous year.

Eicher's export sales performance was significantly stronger. The company recorded a 52.6% growth in exports, selling 490 units in December 2024 compared to 321 units in December 2023.
“On the Exports front, Eicher branded trucks & buses recorded sales of 490 units in December 2024 as compared to 321 units in December 2023, representing a growth of 52.6%,” stated the company.
“Volvo Trucks and Volvo Buses recorded sales of 289 units in December 2024 as compared to 237 units in December 2023, representing a growth of 21.9%,” the company added.
