Hyundai and NVIDIA join forces to manufacture AI-driven mobility solutions

Hyundai Motor Group and NVIDIA announced a strategic partnership to advance AI technologies for mobility solutions. This collaboration aims to enhance AI application in software-defined vehicles, robotics, and business operations. The partnership leverages NVIDIA's accelerated computing, AI Enterprise software, Omniverse platform, and Isaac robot development platform. Both companies will also collaborate on virtual simulation environments for autonomous driving and robotics.

What does it all include?

Hyundai will utilise NVIDIA’s technologies to manage the substantial data required for developing and training AI models. This includes utilising NVIDIA's accelerated computing and AI Enterprise software.

The partnership will also involve applying the NVIDIA Omniverse platform. This will facilitate the development of physical AI and digital twin applications to simulate factory operations. This simulation aims to improve manufacturing efficiencies, quality, and streamline costs. The NVIDIA Isaac robot development platform will be employed for AI robot development and deployment.

Collaborative efforts will extend to creating virtual simulation environments. These environments will be used for safe and reliable autonomous driving technology and robotics systems development.
