These devices transform standard industrial helmets into AC helmets and smart helmets, respectively. The aim is to improve safety, productivity, and comfort for industrial workers, particularly those in harsh environments. The products are now available for pre-order, with shipments beginning next month.
The Hat+ Band converts any standard industrial helmet into an air-conditioned helmet. It provides 8-10 hours of battery backup. This product targets workers in high-temperature environments like mines, road construction, tunnels, factories, and policing.
The ProHat Band transforms standard helmets into smart helmets. It features audio/video conferencing, 4G and BLE connectivity, and AI-powered edge processing. This allows for real-time communication and improved situational awareness. Both bands are priced under Rs 9,990, making them more accessible than traditional AC helmets. They are designed to be retrofitted onto existing helmets, democratizing access to safety and comfort for a wider workforce. Traditional AC helmets are often cost-prohibitive and rarely provided to ground-level workers. The bands also offer the advantage of reusability across shifts.

A few months ago when Proxgy was in the midst of doing market surveys serving the blue collar workforce with their SmartHat smart safety helmets, the team engaged with on-ground workers to understand their needs better.
