Bharat Mobility Global Expo 2025: Showcasing India's role as a global mobility hub

The Bharat Mobility Global Expo 2025, organised by the Ministry of Commerce and Industry and coordinated by EEPC India, will take place from January 17–22, 2025, in Delhi NCR. The expo aims to showcase India's growing prominence as a global mobility hub, featuring over 1,500 exhibitors, 500,000 visitors, and a focus on sustainable and advanced mobility solutions aligned with Prime Minister Modi's 7Cs vision. The event will be held across three venues: Bharat Mandapam in New Delhi, Yashobhoomi in Dwarka, and the India Expo Centre & Mart in Greater Noida.

There are multiple exciting launches scheduled for the expo starting today, with India's Prime Minister Narendra Modi attending the event on Day 1. Leading OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers) will showcase the latest advancements in the automotive and mobility sectors, including electric, hybrid, CNG, and biofuel-powered vehicles. The expo will feature over 34 prominent vehicle manufacturers, including leading EV brands like Ather Energy, Ola Electric, Vayve Mobility, Eka Mobility, and Vietnam’s VinFast.

Auto Expo Shows

The expo aims to attract over 5,000 global buyers, a significant increase from the 2024 edition. It will feature nine concurrent shows spanning over 200,000 square meters. More than 20 conferences will host global experts discussing various facets of the mobility value chain.

The expo will highlight India's commitment to sustainable mobility and engineering advancements.

Over 800 auto component manufacturers and 1,000 brands from over 13 global markets will participate. Dedicated country pavilions will feature Germany, the UK, South Korea, and Japan. Other participating nations include the USA, Spain, UAE, China, Russia, Italy, Turkey, Singapore, and Belgium.

Union Minister of Commerce & Industry Piyush Goyal addressed the curtain-raiser event in New Delhi, unveiling the event film and brochure. He stated that the event reflects India's vision and unifies the entire mobility value chain. Union Minister of State for Commerce and Industry Jitin Prasada also attended the event.

An outcome of joint efforts

The expo receives joint support from over 11 apex industry associations, including SIAM, ACMA, ICEMA, ATMA, IESA, NASSCOM, ISA, MRAI, ITPO, Yashobhoomi, IEML, IBEF, CII, and Invest India. PwC India serves as the knowledge partner.

The expanded event is being held in collaboration with 15 ministries, state governments, industry associations, and industry leaders. It will provide a platform for showcasing India's progress in the mobility domain and further establish the country as a key player in the global automotive industry.
