Training program

The initial two-day training program in Gurugram served as a model for the larger nationwide initiative. This program included a combination of theoretical and hands-on training elements. Participants received instruction in the fundamental principles of electric vehicle systems. The training covered practical skills required for servicing electric two-wheelers. Feedback from the participating mechanics and dealer partners confirmed the program’s effectiveness.

The program resulted in a measurable improvement in participants' technical capabilities. Mechanics demonstrated up to a 50% increase in their EV repair knowledge after completing the training. This improvement highlights the practical value and effectiveness of the training program. The positive results reinforce the program’s potential to significantly contribute to the development of a skilled EV workforce.

“This initiative is part of Motul`s broader ambitions in the mobility industry, including EV, retrofitting to EV and H2, thermal management and immersed battery technology.
