Wardwizard Innovations & Mobility Limited, an Indian electric vehicle manufacturer known for its 'Joy e-bike' and 'Joy e-rik' brands, has partnered with SpeedForce, an Indian two-wheeler service chain, to enhance after-sales service for Joy e-bike customers. This collaboration will expand Joy e-bike's service network to over 1,000 touchpoints across India and provide access to SpeedForce's expertise in vehicle servicing. Through this joint venture, both companies aim to promote eco-friendly transportation options and contribute to a greener future.

What does this partnership indicate?

This strategic partnership grants Joy e-bike access to SpeedForce's network of over 350 service centers across India. With each SpeedForce outlet servicing an average of 150 vehicles monthly, Joy e-bike anticipates reaching over 50,000 additional customers nationwide. This move is expected to significantly improve customer satisfaction by providing convenient and reliable after-sales service.

In addition to servicing, SpeedForce outlets will also retail Joy e-bike models, creating a one-stop shop for customers to purchase and service their electric vehicles. This arrangement benefits customers in regions without dedicated Joy e-bike showrooms and expands the brand's reach into new markets. The partnership aims to capitalize on SpeedForce's existing customer base and leverage its network to increase Joy e-bike sales.

SpeedForce, traditionally known for servicing internal combustion engine (ICE) vehicles, is venturing into the EV service segment to support the growing demand for sustainable transportation. This collaboration with Joy e-bike aligns with their commitment to promoting green mobility and contributing to a cleaner environment.

This joint venture ensures that Joy e-bike customers can access service and maintenance support not only at authorized showrooms but also at SpeedForce outlets nationwide. This is particularly beneficial in regions where Joy e-bike's presence is limited, such as Northeast India.

To ensure comprehensive service coverage, SpeedForce outlets will be stocked with Joy e-bike spare parts, lubricants, and technical support. This eliminates the need for customers to visit multiple locations for their servicing needs and enhances the overall ownership experience.
