Following the New Nissan Magnite's launch in New Delhi, India, in October 2024, over 2,700 units have been shipped from the Chennai port within a month. Nissan Motor India has commenced exporting its newly launched SUV, Nissan Magnite, to South Africa, marking the vehicle's first international destination since its launch in India in October. This initiative aligns with Nissan's ‘One Car, One World’ philosophy and its ‘make-in-India, make for the World’ vision, leveraging the company's Alliance JV plant in Chennai as a production hub for global markets. The export expansion aims to encompass over 65 international markets, including left-hand drive markets, building upon the Magnite's success in India, where it has surpassed 150,000 units sold since its 2020 debut.
Arc strategy
Following the New Nissan Magnite's launch in New Delhi, India, in October 2024, over 2,700 units have been shipped from the Chennai port within a month. He highlighted the significance of the South African market for the Nissan Magnite, acknowledging the positive response since its initial launch. He emphasised the strategic importance of both domestic and export markets for Nissan's growth strategy, underlining India's crucial role in this plan. Torres believes that exporting the New Nissan Magnite will further solidify India's position as a key export hub, contributing to Nissan's expansion in the AMIEO region, all while embodying the company's ‘One Car, One World’ philosophy.

The new Nissan Magnite builds upon its predecessor's success, embodying a tougher, bolder, and more robust exterior design for a commanding road presence. Its redesigned premium interior and exterior, coupled with over 20 segment-first features in India, reinforce its ‘Bold Inside Out’ philosophy.
